カンファレンスについて
毎週木曜日の午前中に、医局員及び研修中の初期研修医全員参加のカンファレンスを開催しています。カンファレンスは 1. ER診療の基本 2. 症例検討 3. 専門医レクチャー の3本立てとなっており、いずれも活発で自由な議論の場となっています。
- ER診療の基本
疾患や症候別のERでの初期対応に関して、主に専修医が5-10分のプレゼンテーションを行います（例：胸痛、CPA、めまい）。初期研修医向けの内容ですが、教科書をなぞるだけでなく、最新の文献的考察も含まれており、発表者も含め皆の学びの場となります。 - 症例検討
実際の当院での症例を後方視的に振り返り、反省点や当該症例に関連した最新の知見も含めディスカッションします。症例は外傷から内因性疾患まで多岐に渡ります。症例を担当したスタッフがプレゼンテーションを行います。毎回最も熱いディスカッションが繰り広げられるのがこの症例検討です。 - 専門医レクチャー
スタッフドクターが、それぞれの専門領域に関するレクチャーを専修医向けに行います。当科には、外科、内科、整形外科、熱傷など様々な領域の専門医が在籍しており、経験に基づいた実践的な知識を共有することができます。
当科の雰囲気を知るには、カンファレンスに参加するのが一番の近道です。興味のある方は、是非参加することをお薦めします。

Tintinalli’s Emergency Medicine抄読会
ACEP(American College of Emergency Physicians)の標準教科書であるTintinall’s Emergency Medicineの抄読会を、毎月2-3回、各章に造詣の深いインストラクターとともに行っています。専修医から世界標準のtextbookで勉強することが肝要であり、また下記リンクで著者ご本人が話されているように、Tintinall’s Emergency Medicineは救急医学を
系統立てて学ぶのに最適な教科書です。
また過去に数人、当科よりTintinalli先生の元へ短期留学をしています。

最新のRCTを中心に抄読会を月に1度の頻度にて行います。内容を単に和訳して理解するのではなく、その論文の価値を様々な観点を含んだスコアリングシートを用いて採点し、臨床に反映させる価値があるのかどうかの判定も合わせて行います。こうすることで、論文を読み解く着眼点も合わせて理解出来るようになります。

ICLS・多職種シュミレーション教育
当科では、職員が院内急変した患者にスムーズに対応できるよう、以下の2点を行っております。
院内ICLSコース（慶應ICLS）
当科で行われるICLSコースは慶應ICLSと呼称し、年4回程度開催しております。
ICLSプロバイダーの資格を取得した当科医師及び看護師等がディレクター、サブディレクター、インストラクター、アシスタントインストラクターをつとめております。また、慶應義塾大学KAPPA(Keio ACLS Popularizing and Promoting Association)の学生にもアシスタントインストラクターとして適宜参加して頂き、交流を深めております。
受講者は医師（研修医含む）、看護師、臨床工学技士その他コメディカルが中心です。
多職種シミュレーション教育
新入職者に対してBLSに準じた教育を行っております。
ICLSプロバイダーの資格を取得した当科医師、看護師その他コメディカルがインストラクターとして教育を行っており、質の担保をはかっています。
コメディカル以外（事務等）も受講対象となっているのが特徴です。
心電図演習
毎週木曜日7時~7時30分に専修医を対象に開催されます。心電図検定1級の資格を持つ上級医の下、実際のERでの症例を元に心電図の読み方、アセスメントを勉強します。
心電図はER患者のほぼ全員に施行される基本的な検査でありますが、心電図から得られる情報は、医師の技量で大きく異なります。全員が同じレベルで心電図を読み取れるよう、毎週熱いレクチャーが繰り広げられています。
興味をお持ちの方は、カンファレンスと共に見学することをお勧めします。

当科では、google driveによるクラウド共有システムを使って、初期臨床研修医数十名への最新のエビデンスに基づく教育コンテンツ提供を行い、カンファレンスなどでメモを取ることなくディスカッションに参加でき、また最新のエビデンスチェックを容易に行えるようにしています。
携帯端末についてはgoodreaderやpdf expert、documents6などのアプリケーションを導入し携帯端末のvirtual desktop化する(携帯端末上でのファイル・フォルダ操作を容易にする)指導を行っています。これによってPCやmac上のデータと携帯端末上のデータをidenticalにsyncすることができ、最新の教科書や論文を格納した携帯端末を持って診療に臨むことができます。
当科スタッフと初期臨床研修医が共有するクラウド上のコンテンツを、keioemergencymedicineと呼んでいます。
